Daws is a Devil Crusader, born and raised a bad boy. He’s sick of superficial, meaningless relationships. Fate throws him a curveball when Aubrey begins working for his dad’s motorcycle shop. Aubrey is damaged and scarred. She’s running from a past that has the ability to destroy her. It’s not just herself that she needs to protect. She’s fighting to save her sister. She needs to keep the monster away and she’ll stop at nothing to keep her sister safe. She wasn’t expecting to meet Daws, the man who would change their lives. Dangerous, strong and completely hers, her heart never had a chance. Is Daws capable of protecting her from the monster who haunts her? The monster who will stop at nothing to get to her? He wants her back, that much is clear. She just hopes that when the time comes, she’s strong enough to save them all….
**Please note this is the second book in the Wrecked Series. It can be read as a stand alone and it is not necessary to have read Wreck You, however reading Wreck You first may give you some background to Daws.
This book is intended for mature audiences as it has graphic scenes involving sex and child abuse. The use of the F bomb is frequently thrown around so if that offends you, I wouldn't recommend reading this.

“Get Lost.” I say to the ladies, standing in line outside of the bathroom. I get a few dirty looks but they know who I am. They’re at our event and my vest clearly says don’t fuck with me. There are only two stalls in the bathroom and luckily as soon as I walk in the last woman is opening the stall to leave. “Out!” I command and then turn the lock on the door so no one disturbs us. I see her ruby slippers sticking out the side of the stall. I open the door, which luckily was left unlatched. One hand is over her head braced against the wall. Her breaths are labored, rushing in and out like she is struggling to catch it. She hasn’t let her panic attack take her fully yet, but she is closed off enough that I don't think she knows I’m here. “Aubrey, take deep breaths sweet girl. Breathe for me.” I keep my voice low and as soft as it will go. I start to rub circles on her back whispering the same thing over and over again, hoping like hell that I can calm her nerves. By some stroke of luck it seems to be working, her breathing is starting to even out. “Daws?” She questions finally realizing it’s my voice she’s hearing. I’ve done my best to keep a safe distance from her, but I can’t help it. I grab her hand from the wall and spin her around cradling her in my arms. She smells so sweet, like berries, probably too sweet for me but right now all I want to do is to comfort her. “I’m sorry. I’m sorry you heard that. I’m a dick. I am. You don’t have to be afraid of me though. I promise I won’t hurt you. Just breathe for me. Okay? Just breathe for me.” She curls into me. Actually wraps her arms around my waist and curls into me. Her blue and white checkered outfit and her pigtails make her look young and innocent. She looks up at me, her green eyes emitting pain. “I’m not scared of you,” those words escape her lips in the softest tone barely audible. I want to kiss her and caress her but I know she isn't ready for that. She surprises me by reaching up on her tip toes and kissing me on the cheek. “I’m okay,” she says as her fake smile masks her pain. I stroke my thumb over her cheek. “Don’t do that,” I say then lean down close to her ear. “Don’t pretend with me.” She doesn’t give in to my quiet plea though. She backs away from me, straightens her skirt, walks out the stall door and leaves the bathroom.
